3. Call: 505-354-2707, 8am - 6pm, Mtn time (Eastern minus 2 hrs), Monday thru Friday. For U.S. Customers, who absolutely need their order the next day, please CALL by 9am to guarantee overnight delivery.
4. Fill out this order form, print and send with payment made payable to InterDimensional Publishing (International customers must have check made out in the English language in US dollars from US bank, or obtain a Cashiers Check in US dollars from their bank. All others will be returned.)
